Our company can supply various marine bronze parts including controllable pitch propeller (CPP), fixed pitch propeller (FPP) and rudder propeller, and do the repairing for CPP and FPP. We are able to do the designing and manufacturing according to the hull form, shaft line arrangement and customer’s requirements. We have introduced perfect material performance testing devices and spectrum analysis system to guarantee the high quality. Our annual production capacity of bronze parts reaches to 1500 tons, and can satisfy the bronzes demands for 200 sets of CPPs. A Single unit of FPP with 80 tons and 8m roundness could be supplied. CPP is our mature products with 15 different series ranged from 1670mm to 6800mm in diameter. The company has passed CSQA certification of China Classification Society (CCS), and has been work shop approved by CCS, BV, ABS, RINA, KR, LR, GL, DNV and NK.
