On 20th August, 2012, Siemens AG and Nanjing High Accurate Marine Equipment Co., Ltd (“NGC Marine” for short) signed the Agreement in Nanjing for
setting up strategic partnership. The two companies will jointly supply high quality marine reduction gears to the market and will carry out further technical cooperation in this field.
